Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with ysmcul.shop.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, free standard shipping, estimated delivery times, tracking, address changes, delivery delays, lost parcels, damaged shipments, and other delivery-related matters.

By placing an order through ysmcul.shop, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Shipping Destinations

ysmcul.shop currently ships orders to eligible residential and business addresses throughout Australia.

Delivery availability may depend on:

  • The customer’s postcode;

  • Carrier service coverage;

  • Product size or weight;

  • Remote-area restrictions;

  • Parcel locker or PO Box limitations; and

  • Any legal or carrier restrictions applying to the product.

If we are unable to deliver to the address provided, we will contact you to request an alternative address or offer an appropriate solution.

2. Free Standard Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within Australia.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.

The shipping charge displayed at checkout for eligible standard delivery will be:

AUD $0.00

Free standard shipping does not necessarily include:

  • Express or priority shipping;

  • Special handling requested by the customer;

  • Redelivery caused by an incorrect address;

  • Redelivery following an unclaimed or refused parcel; or

  • Other optional delivery services selected by the customer.

Any additional optional charge will be clearly displayed before the customer completes payment.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally reviewed and processed before dispatch.

Order processing may include:

  • Payment confirmation;

  • Fraud-prevention checks;

  • Address verification;

  • Product preparation;

  • Quality inspection;

  • Packaging; and

  • Handover to the shipping carrier.

Orders are normally processed on business days, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.

Processing may take longer during:

  • Promotional or sale periods;

  • Public holidays;

  • Periods of unusually high order volume;

  • Payment verification;

  • Product availability checks;

  • Severe weather or transport disruptions; or

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated standard delivery time is:

15–20 business days after dispatch

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

The delivery estimate begins when the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

The estimated delivery period does not include:

  • Order processing time;

  • Weekends;

  • Australian public holidays;

  • Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address;

  • Time required for payment or identity verification;

  • Carrier disruptions;

  • Severe weather;

  • Customs or border processing where applicable; or

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment dates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing.

5. Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery time shown in this policy represents the usual delivery period for standard shipping.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The delivery postcode;

  • Whether the address is metropolitan, regional, rural, or remote;

  • Carrier capacity;

  • Seasonal demand;

  • Public holidays;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Transport network disruptions;

  • Product availability; and

  • Security or address verification.

We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we may notify the customer using the email address or telephone number supplied with the order.

6. Remote and Regional Areas

Orders to regional, rural, remote, or offshore areas may require additional delivery time.

These areas may include locations that:

  • Are outside regular metropolitan delivery routes;

  • Require transfer between multiple carriers;

  • Have limited delivery schedules;

  • Are accessible only by specialised transport; or

  • Are affected by seasonal or weather-related restrictions.

Free standard shipping will continue to apply to eligible Australian orders unless an additional optional service is requested and clearly disclosed before payment.

7. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email containing information such as:

  • Your order number;

  • Products ordered;

  • Delivery address;

  • Billing details;

  • Order total; and

  • Payment status.

Please review this information carefully.

If any information is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

info@ysmcul.shop

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily confirm that the order has been dispatched.

8. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email after dispatch.

The email may include:

  • A tracking number;

  • The carrier’s name;

  • A tracking link; and

  • Available delivery information.

Tracking information may take several business days to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving. Some carriers do not scan parcels at every stage of transit.

9. Multiple Parcels

An order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one parcel.

Products may be dispatched separately because of:

  • Different fulfilment locations;

  • Product availability;

  • Parcel size or weight restrictions;

  • Carrier requirements; or

  • The need to avoid unnecessary delays.

Where an order is divided into multiple shipments:

  • You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees;

  • Parcels may arrive on different dates; and

  • Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing.

10. Correct Delivery Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

The delivery address should include:

  • Recipient’s full name;

  • Street address;

  • Unit or apartment number where applicable;

  • Suburb or city;

  • State or territory;

  • Postcode;

  • Country;

  • Valid telephone number; and

  • Any necessary access instructions.

ysmcul.shop is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer, except where we failed to take reasonable action after receiving a correction.

11. Address Changes

To request an address change, contact us immediately at:

info@ysmcul.shop

Please include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Original delivery address; and

  • Correct delivery address.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed, packed, or handed to the carrier.

After dispatch, the carrier may refuse to redirect the parcel or may charge a redirection fee.

12. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Delivery to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or similar collection points may be available for certain products and carriers.

Some products may require a physical residential or business address because of:

  • Parcel size;

  • Parcel weight;

  • Signature requirements;

  • Carrier restrictions; or

  • Product-specific delivery conditions.

If the selected address cannot be serviced, we will contact you to request an alternative delivery address.

13. Delivery Attempts

The carrier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe location;

  • Deliver it to a person at the address;

  • Take it to a nearby collection point;

  • Leave a collection notice;

  • Contact the recipient; or

  • Attempt delivery again.

The available option depends on the carrier, delivery location, parcel type, and any delivery instructions.

Customers should monitor tracking information and collect parcels within the period specified by the carrier.

14. Authority to Leave

Where you request or authorise a parcel to be left unattended, the carrier may leave it at the nominated location.

You should choose a location that is:

  • Secure;

  • Protected from weather;

  • Not visible from the street; and

  • Accessible to the carrier.

Requesting authority to leave may increase the risk of theft, loss, or weather damage after delivery.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility arising from a failure to exercise reasonable care.

15. Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

A parcel may be returned to us if:

  • Delivery is refused;

  • It is not collected from a collection point;

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect;

  • The recipient cannot be located;

  • Access to the property is unavailable; or

  • The carrier exhausts its delivery attempts.

If a parcel is returned, we will contact the customer to discuss:

  • Redelivery;

  • Correction of the address;

  • Cancellation; or

  • A refund where appropriate.

Reasonable redelivery or return costs may apply where the failed delivery was caused by information or instructions supplied by the customer.

No deduction will be made where doing so would interfere with a remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.

16. Delivery Delays

Occasional delivery delays may occur because of:

  • Severe weather;

  • Bushfires, floods, or natural disasters;

  • Public holidays;

  • Industrial action;

  • Carrier network congestion;

  • Transport interruptions;

  • Customs or border inspections;

  • Security checks;

  • Incorrect delivery information;

  • Remote-area restrictions;

  • Major promotional periods; or

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at info@ysmcul.shop.

Please provide your order number so that we can investigate the shipment.

17. Significantly Delayed Orders

If an order is significantly delayed, we will take reasonable steps to:

  • Check the tracking information;

  • Contact the carrier or fulfilment provider;

  • Confirm the delivery address;

  • Provide available updates; and

  • Offer an appropriate solution where required.

Depending on the circumstances, a solution may include:

  • Continued delivery with your agreement;

  • A replacement shipment;

  • Cancellation of the affected order; or

  • A refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

18. Lost Parcels

A parcel may be treated as lost only after:

  • The estimated delivery period has passed;

  • Available tracking information has been reviewed;

  • The delivery address has been confirmed;

  • The carrier has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate; and

  • The parcel cannot be located or delivered.

If the carrier confirms that a parcel has been lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Sending a replacement; or

  • Providing a refund.

The available remedy may depend on product availability and the customer’s rights under applicable law.

19. Parcels Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check the delivery location carefully;

  2. Check around entrances, gates, garages, and safe locations;

  3. Ask other household members or building staff;

  4. Check with neighbours where appropriate;

  5. Review any collection or delivery notice; and

  6. Contact the carrier where tracking details allow.

You should then contact us at info@ysmcul.shop if the parcel remains missing.

We will review the available delivery evidence and assist with an investigation.

A “delivered” tracking scan does not automatically prevent further investigation where there is reasonable evidence that the parcel was not delivered correctly.

20. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the damage;

  • Photographs of the outer packaging;

  • Photographs of the shipping label;

  • Photographs or videos of the damaged product; and

  • Details of any missing items.

Keep the packaging and damaged product until we have completed our assessment or advised that they may be discarded.

Where a product is damaged, faulty, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, remedies will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

21. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • The wrong product;

  • The wrong colour or size;

  • An incomplete order;

  • A product different from its description; or

  • A parcel with missing contents,

contact us at info@ysmcul.shop.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, completion of the order, or refund.

22. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, it may need to be returned under our Return and Refund Policy.

23. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Prices and charges payable at checkout will be displayed before the order is completed.

For orders delivered within Australia, applicable taxes will be handled as required by law.

If a shipment is subject to an unexpected customs, import, or regulatory charge, contact us before making payment so that we can review the matter.

We will not intentionally advertise free shipping and then add an undisclosed mandatory standard delivery fee after checkout.

24. Delivery Restrictions

We may be unable to ship certain products to particular locations because of:

  • Legal restrictions;

  • Product safety requirements;

  • Carrier restrictions;

  • Dangerous goods rules;

  • Size or weight limits;

  • Biosecurity requirements; or

  • Other regulatory obligations.

If a restriction affects an order after payment, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund or alternative solution.

25. Risk of Loss

Risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to the customer when the parcel is delivered to:

  • The customer;

  • A person authorised by the customer;

  • The nominated delivery address; or

  • A collection point selected or authorised by the customer.

This provision does not remove any rights or remedies relating to:

  • Non-delivery;

  • Incorrect delivery;

  • Carrier negligence;

  • Damaged goods;

  • Faulty products; or

  • Other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Returns

Do not return products to our business address without contacting us first.

The return address may differ from our business correspondence address.

Returns, refunds, repairs, exchanges, and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

27. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights where:

  • An order is not delivered within an agreed or reasonable time;

  • A product is lost before delivery;

  • A product arrives damaged;

  • An incorrect product is supplied;

  • A product is faulty or unsafe; or

  • A product does not match its description.

Where we cannot supply an order within the agreed or a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

28. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes to:

  • Delivery services;

  • Carrier arrangements;

  • Processing procedures;

  • Delivery timeframes;

  • Legal requirements; or

  • Our business operations.

Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not unfairly reduce rights relating to an order that has already been accepted.
